Chapter 2. Return & Refund Policy
1. Permitted Returns
Customers may request returns in the following cases:
a. The product received is materially different from what was advertised.
b. The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
c. The wrong product was delivered.
d. The product is missing components or accessories.
e. The product does not function as advertised or was falsely represented.
f. For fashion products, size issues (subject to product category rules).
2. Return Request Period
Return requests must be filed within 14 days from delivery (some products may have 7-day or 30-day policies depending on category).
Proof such as photos or videos may be required.
3. Return Process
Customers must file a return request through customer service or the website.
Returned products must be in original packaging and unused (except defective/damaged products).
Return shipping costs are covered by Tago Box in cases of wrong, defective, or damaged items. Otherwise, costs may be borne by the customer.

For customer-initiated returns due to change of mind, the customer may bear the cost of return shipping.
