Tago Box Terms and Conditions and Return/Refund Policy Chapter 1. General Terms and Conditions 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using this website, customers (“You/Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. 2. Definitions “Company” (“Tago Box”, “We”, “Us”): Refers to the online shopping platform operated under the brand Tago Box. “Customer” (“You”): Refers to any person who purchases products or uses services through the website. “Products”: Refers to goods and/or services offered for sale on the website. 3. Account & Registration Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the account and password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. 4. Product Information & Pricing Product images, descriptions, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible, but errors may occur. Prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP), inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and inaccuracies without prior notice. 5. Orders and Payment Orders are valid only upon successful payment. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD, if available). Fraudulent or false transactions may be canceled and reported to authorities. 6. Shipping & Delivery Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics. Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. The Company is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses. Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery. 7. Intellectual Property Rights All website content (logos, images, descriptions) belongs to Tago Box or its licensors. Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items Digital/downloadable products. Personal hygiene products or intimate wear. Perishable or consumable goods. Change of mind returns, unless allowed under product category rules. 7. Late or Undelivered Products Customers must notify Tago Box immediately if delivery is delayed or not received. Undelivered products are subject to reshipment or refund. 8. Refund Timeline Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after return approval. Additional delays may occur depending on banks/payment providers. 9. Refund Method Refunds are issued through the original payment channel. For COD transactions, alternative methods such as bank transfer or store credit may be applied. 10. Return/Refund Costs For wrong, damaged, or defective products, Tago Box covers the return and refund costs. For customer-initiated returns due to change of mind, the customer may bear the cost of return shipping.
